To be eligible for a free performance by Harmony Showcase be sure to answer the following:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email
- Your Company / Organization Name
- Your Phone Number
- Requested date/time of performance (if known)
- Length of Performance (if over 15 minutes there will be a charge to be agreed upon by you and the chorus)
- Occasion for performance
- Best time / way to contact you (phone or email):
